Reproductive Rights for Kentucky is a nonpartisan, multi-candidate, federal political action committee, established to support candidates and elected officials, mainly in Kentucky, who will protect reproductive rights.

Contributions to this  PAC are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes, and are limited to $5,000.00 per person per calendar year.

No contributions can be accepted from any corporations (i.e. Inc. or Corp.), labor organizations, federal government contractors, foreign nationals, campaign committees, charity or political issue committee, per FEC regulations.

By submitting a contribution, you are confirming that the following statements are true and accurate:

• I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States.

• This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.

• This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organization.

• This contribution is made on a personal checking account or credit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.

• I am at least eighteen (18) years old.
